Terms and Conditions

1)Border Crossing Requirements:
-Native-born US Citizens: Copy of Birth Certificate, US Passport or Voter Registration Card, and a form of photo ID
-Naturalized US Citizens: Naturalization Certificate or US Passport, and a form of photo ID
-US Residents (non-citizens): Alien Registration Receipt Card (US form I-151 or I-551)
-All International Visitors: Valid Passport with proper travel documents (I-94, Canadian Visa if required, IAP-66, J-forms etc)
-Foreign Exchange Students must bring along all appropriate paperwork including an IAP-66 (pink form) in addition to their passport and I-94 card.
-Persons under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by their parent or legal guardian should bring a letter from parent of guardian giving them permission to travel to Canada.

2) Common reasons why you may not be allowed to enter Canada:
-Lack of proper paperwork showing citizenship, such as Birth Certificate, Passport, Visa, etc.
-Expired Passport, Visa, or Resident Alien ID
-Traveling with children with no ID or paperwork
-Prior conviction of D.W.I.
-Prior conviction of any felony or misdemeanor
-Transporting firearms

3)Terms and Conditions:
A) Please note that Tours pick-up at Niagara Falls Hotels free of charge. Any pick-up points in other cities such as Buffalo, may be subject to a $25.00 transfer fee.
B) Shared Wonder and Totally American Tours pick-up on the US side only. Totally Canadian Tours pick-up on the Canadian side only. The Royal Tour will pick-up on both sides of the border.
C) All or any information received by Niagara Majestic Tours, through this web site, as supplied by the user, is protected and kept confidental.
D) Niagara Majestic Tours uses the latest technologies to secure all transactions and data stored on its servers and/or transmitted between local host and remote workstation computers.
E) No information is ever collected and retained about you or any aspect of your visit to our web site without your knowledge and without you supplying it to us.
